Making Scotch eggs

A Scotch egg consists of a shelled hard-boiled egg, wrapped in a sausage meat mixture, coated in breadcrumbs, and deep-fried, according to the experts.  As you can see, mine is soft boiled and instead of deep fried, baked.  A little more healthy I hope, with great flavor.
